A product of Oakwood University (HBCU), where he studied accounting, and Le Cordon Bleu, one of the world’s most prestigious culinary schools, Adam blends strategic financial acumen with a passion for elevated guest experiences.
Before founding Saranova Marine, Adam led multimillion-dollar food service operations for national firms including Sodexo and Creative Dining Services—leading and developing teams and other leaders. As a consultant with Deloitte’s LRA Division, he advised organizations on hospitality performance and service excellence. In 2014, he launched an award-winning personal chef business, serving elite clients such as players from the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.
As a licensed Florida real estate agent, Adam brings a grounded understanding of Sarasota’s luxury landscape and development trends—insight that directly informs Saranova’s commitment to community-integrated mobility and premium waterfront partnerships.
